Cole Luke talks Irish from Ireland

BlueandGold.com caught up with Cole Luke, a 2013 cornerback prospect out of Hamilton High in Chandler Arizona, Friday in Dublin, Ireland. With an offer from Notre Dame, 247Sports' 61st-ranked prospect played against Sherman Oaks (Calif.) Notre Dame on Aug. 31 as a part of Global Ireland Football Tournament leading up to the 2012 season opener between the Fighting Irish and Navy on Sept. 1.

Hamilton lost, 25-17, to start the season 0-2 for the first time in program history, but Luke took time out after the contest to talk about where Notre Dame stands in his recruitment. Luke had three tackles in a game where Sherman Oaks steered clear of his side of the field.
