It is kind of Ironic that he was in Lynches shadow last year because of how explosive Lynch is. I wish Lynch would have had the fortitude to stick it out and round out the DL. Next year would have been Lynch, Tuitt and Nix......OMG

Every time I read another article about a Notre Dame player or coach, I find out something else that impresses me even more about the quality of individuals that are currently occupying the Notre Dame campus.
I REALLY hope this team caps this season with a National Championship. The Character and Integrity of this group is truly exceptional and deserving of everything good that comes their way.
Good luck to Mr. Tuitt and the entire Irish Nation.

I never predict whether a kid leaves school early because it is simply hard to do. With the recent NFL CBA, there is not 30-40 million guaranteed waiting on a Top 5 pick. But, I am going to prepare myself for 2013 to be the last year I get to watch Tuitt at ND and enjoy every second of it. What a classy young man and a hard worker.

I get the sense that he will be the kind of kid that gets an ND degree before he moves on. His draft stock will probably be high but i think he stays.

Man, I love this kid. With Manti leaving, we need someone like Tuitt to embrace. He's going to push Clowney for top DE in football. Personally, I feel Tuitt fits more systems and has more potential with his size. Clowney is fast and may hit the NFL with a bang like Kearse, but he may fizzle like him too. Tuitt will hit the NFL and continue to prosper due to his Reggie White-like size and tenacity.

Lynch made a decision he has to live with I personally think that he had the potential to be a disruptive force.I wish him well at USF but am glad that he transfered.

Reading this post is like going back in time to another era - very inspirational! Underdog Notre Dame is going to be READY for Bama - this should be an ol' time slugfest - Bama is going to find out there's the SEC and then there's Notre Dame! GO IRISH!!
