Like a small lemon sorbet in the middle of a gormet meal. Intermezzo. Cleanse the pallete. I like it. CY'all after the half. 21-0. Hendrix showed a nice arm there throwing the ball to the kid in the first row.

This is as bad as it gets. An Ass whoopin so far. This team, so far, just can't play with the big boys. It isn't bad luck or any of that bs we all talk about. This stuff happens all the time when we think we are ready to step into the spotlight. i am beyond disgusted.

I forgot we get the 2nd half kickoff, thought they did for some reason. That last TD for 21-0 is a backbreaker.
Only hope we have is to put Rees back out there. Go score, stop, score and play from there at 21-14. If we get stopped or they score again, might as well see what a Hendrix GAIII backfield looks like for next year.

On offense we have to go vertical and be prepared to hit the hot routes. Thy are daring us to throw deep. The 3-4 is designed to get things horizontal and contain them. Running at the DE and running deep routes F's with that defense.
On D we have to single cover the WR and bring 5-6 each play with a variety of stunts. If you pressure Luck he becomes vulnerable, so dammit let's pressure his ass!

Kelly would get burnt at the stake if he burnt Golson's 5th year at this point. Only way he could ever do that is if he had a committ from Kiel and even that would show he knows Kiel is his QBOF. Gotta stick with Tommy for the first drive, see if we can get a score and a stop and if not then play out the Hendrix package.

We need to show some freakin life in the second half. This team needs to step up. I have not given up by any means, but this has been terrible so far. Disgusted doesn't begin to describe my mood.

I have given up. Seen this movie before. Here's why; If Stanford HAS to make a play, they will. If we HAVE to make a play, we don't. It's been that way all year. I hope to be proven wrong, but to come back from 21 down to a solid team with an excellent QB...........well that's just fantasy.

Seriously, were you expecting something different? It's a process and I knew that we aren't even close yet. Next spring is going to be HUGE for our program. Hopefully we can add more recruits to this class than can make an impact. I'm hoping Golson can win the QB competion..DB's please come to ND. Please quit rushing 3 or 4 players Diaco.

Remember when we were down 7-0 with the ball inside the 20? That was nice. then we dropped a pass and missed a FG.
Got to come out with life. Hopefully Kelly threw some icy hot on TR's back or gave him some kind of pain killer. Come out and score or go home embarrassed. Can't put it all on the defense for 4 quarters.
