I'm reserving comment until 3rd down, but if Kelly made the change to Hendrix full time, he's thrown in the towel on this game.

Inept is the word for this offense tonight!

Among all the negativity, let me just praise the performance by Louis "Irish Chocolate" Nix. If it is true about his father's health, the kid is playing the game of his life and deserves kudos for every bit of heart he is putting in. Stanford has A graded C and G's and he's just forcing them 3 yards deep every single play. Tell you what a front 3 of Nix, Lynch and Tuitt is going to be amazing with a 4 man look including Jones or Day. NFL size and skill.

The thing is to do what Kelly has done so far in the 2nd half. Go with Hendrix. Call it the spring game part one and see what he can do. Don't worry about winning, just go all out with Hendrix. Bapitsm of fire.

Give him a month to practice and then run him out again for the bowl game. It's his turn. If we lose the bowl game and go 8-5 again, so what. No worse than last year.

In the meantime, you may have found your QB.

I take it back, he draws the late hit calls that Rees doesn't get so we have that going for us. Like the run threat but still would rather see a 2 QB system where Rees is in there.

And nice throw to Floyd, he's growing on me maybe I'm speaking too soon. Still driving me nuts with the bad passes though.

His passes are not any worse then Rees. He at least is moving the offense and putting points on the board.

Well said and Lynch is still hobbling out there. Hendrix/Golson are the future.

They're really respecting Hendrix's legs. Wood has room out there because they have LB's spying Hendrix on a read.
