Staff sees talent in the kid and offered him, he committed, next.
If the staff did not want him they would not have offered. BTW, ranking football players after their sophomore season makes for good copy but is probably not a great long term predictor of success.

Jason,
Question on 2013 Top 247,
I was looking at the WR rankings and was shocked to see Robbie Rhodes ranked number 1. It seems like everybody has either said Robert Foster or RSJ is the top receiver, with Treadwell being in that discussion after a huge summer. Why did Rhodes get the big ratings bump?
