Notre Dame met all five of our goals — and then some — in 2012. What are five prime objectives to shoot for now in 2013?
Great list Lou. Hard enough that the team will have to work for them, but yet very attainable as well.

I will be very happy if all those goals are attained.

Great stuff Lou. When is August 31st going to get here....
Great stuff Lou, i think its imperative to accomplish those goals you mentioned, especially winning a BCS game or at least not getting crushed in one.

As an athlete and a program, your goal when you step on the field is to win the championship. Failing at that, you settle for the other goals. Great article.
Can't settle for "not getting crushed in one" this time if the program is going to continue to grow. It needs a win in a BCS game in 2013 the way it needed to beat Michigan and Stanford at home in 2012 to start advancing more appreciably.
Of course, you have to get there first.
Well said, especially about the bar being set. And, 12-0 in 2013, I am
reminded that ND probably had a better team in 1989 with one loss than
1988 with no losses.
Critical for me is your fourth point. The "next step" for me is for ND under
Brian Kelly to have an offense worth discussing. I don't think in three years
we have seen "Brian Kelly's offense." I think that time has arrived.
“national title or bust” cannot be our only objective.
Nice list of goals for the team, and things to watch.
I am with the others that say we need the offense to develop -- finally.
Been waiting for that for a long time, it seems.
