Not saying it is either appropriate or inappropriate---but worth pointing out that booing the home team at ND stadium is NOT something new. As a student, I remember the STUDENT SECTION booing some of the Faust era games. I was in ND stadium when ND fans booed Lou Holtz' decision to run out the clock for a 17-17 tie with Michigan. I heard a LOT of booing when ND was losing and lost to Lowly Syracuse under Charlie Weis....it goes on and on...nothing new to see here...move along people....

I don't really have a problem with the boos. I am not a typical fan that boos..but it would have been hard to keep my anger in when Jonas fumbled this weekend. The guy has been a walking fumble since he stepped on ND campus. Once again, i'm not a big big booer...but i'm not gonna get all bent out of shape when it happens. Its big time college football, just like the a$$ chewing's Kelly gives on the sidelines... its part of the game, if you don't like it you might wanna just tune into the US Open tennis championships instead.
