ANOTHER CONCEPT HELMET

like it?
I like the new helmet that mimicked the dome and would not go away from that one. however these are some interesting concepts that i think, for something like the shamrock series would be a nice change of pace and could generate some extra revenue for the University.

I like the extremely gold helmets. I also thought the gold helmet worn during the Maryland game minus the shamrock was cool.

Not fond of it. It's not terrible, but I prefer the traditional golden helmet.

Please understand...these helmets are not currently under consideration by Athletics. This was just some guy with time on his hands that designed a bunch of different looks and posted them on the web.
ND will be wearing a special uniform for the Soldier Field game vs. Miami but that won't be announced until August.

I love the blue with big ND, but my favorite is the white with the leprechaun! That's sick.

I like some of the concepts, even the white one. Notre Dame and it's tradition is a great thing, but kids now a days are looking for whats cool not what us old farts think it should be like. I can bet that the old traditionalists would change there tune if we won a NC with a Oregon type(not as many) uniform shake up. Who cares if there helmet is white with a leprechaun on the side. I've been a Irish fan for thirty years and counting and have lived through the good and the bad times. I for one am ready for the good times again and if change has to be a factor in it so be it. I live in Michigan and have to deal with the worst fans on the planet(MSU, UofM) who by the way have been kicking our ass the past 10 years and I am sick of it. Change the uniform, the stadium, whatever it takes to get the elite players we need to return to the top. In the business world you must change or die and that's the cross roads that ND football is at. I know this thread was about looking at helmet concepts, but I see avenues for improving ND football. BK is changing attitudes, but I'm afraid that may not be enough to get us back to the top and consistently stay there. Just my
