    Four-star WR Nelson Agholor wanted to visit Notre Dame during the summer, but perhaps it worked out better for the Irish that he couldn't make it until this past weekend.

    He is into the crowd at Florida, Notre Dame crowd sleeps most of the time. Our crowd is average I have been to High School games in Texas where the crowd was louder than an ND game. Brain K needs to work more on the crowd.

    Are you f---ing kidding me? have you ever been to a ND game? this is one of the most stupid things ive ever heard.

  • I agree to some degree. The Irish crowd is generally poor. I was unimpressed when I went there for the Michigan game last year. However, I am hoping for a different experience for this years USC game. Lets hope he doesn't choose the school based on how 'loud" the crowd is, because we will lose that battle the majority of the time.

  • IMO - If a kid is choosing a school based on how "loud" the crowd is ... he's not the right fit, anyway.

    But I can definitely see the game atmosphere being among the factors. I've yet to talk to a kid that said he was disappointing with the experience, however. Sure, not many kids will just come out and say it, but most make a point to note how much they enjoyed it.

    Most recent example was a message from Irish safety commit C.J. Prosise last night:

    "I had a great time ... the gameday atmosphere (stood out to me the most)."

  • I have tried talking to Coach Ciao.. No luck. Tell Tony when he's down here to gimme a shout. We can gameplan on this kid. Haha.

    I don't know guys.. I think the longer he waits, the harder it's gonna be because the ND memory will fade. If he does take all five officials, by the time #5 is over #1 will feel like a distant memory.

    That said, hopefully we destroy USC and Florida/Florida St./Texas continue their slides. If we keep winning and they keep losing, well, we will be tough to pass over. Especially with Mike Floyd being in the Biletnikoff discussion. First Golden, now Mike, gotta think the kid thinks he will be next. I hope he is. I really, really do.
