Everett Golson is wearing No. 1 today. Gunner Kiel is wearing No. 5 in honor of his uncle Blair.
Offense will be in blue, defense in white today.

It looks like the entire lower bowl of ND Stadium has gotten a facelift with new concrete. It's a lot brighter.

-- OT commit Steven Elmer Jr. is about as easy to spot as they come... Chatting it up with WR James Onwualu and his family right now on the sideline.

No Troy Niklas sightings yet. Could just be missing him, but he was also out of commission for what Kelly called a stomach issue last Saturday.

Some nice collisions in the pre-game fit-in drills with the linebackers.
Carlo Calabrese just about put a guy on his back.
The players have gone "live" this spring, but they'll really be going live today with spectators in the stands.
This is the first time some of them have played in front of a crowd this big -- notably WR DaVaris Daniels and others.

About 10 minutes 'til kickoff. The lower bowl from sideline to sideline is fairly full. Wes Morgan and I very roughly estimate at least 25,000 in the stands today.
