Michigan is an 8 win team that caught every break in the world to win a BCS game. I look at Hokje as Charlie Weis at this point. Lets see if he has lasting power.

Its pretty clear who the idiot is here. You do understand that about 85%-90% of a class remains in tact and 10-15% account for decommits...thats 2 players a cycle on average. So of the 12 they have they will probably gain more and lose maybe 2 guys. Nice wishful thinkiing, but dont let blind homerism get in the way.

I think the problem with recruiting is we had a very "tough" 2011 - inconsistant to say the least.. A bad Bowl game. Coaching Turmoil, and now the loss of a player like "Tee", it has an impact. Young recruits want to go to a school where the "future is bright".
At best, our 2011 season was "tied" with the 2010 season. It can all be fixed with a good solid 2012 season. We don't have to win every game. But we have to be consistent. We have to show a "team on the rise". We have to be the up and coming team. The "exciting" team. Do that, and recruiting will take care of itself. But we can't have a QB with over 20 TOs, stupid fumbles and penalties. Or internal "turmoil". No more "rants" against older players!
We have to become a well oiled, TEAM!
