Rumor has it that Urban Meyer has targeted Notre Dame RB coach Tim Hinton for a position on his Ohio State staff.
Have you guys heard anything about this? What are your thoughts on him as a coach/recruiter?

Yes. Hinton worked with Meyer in 1986 and they are still close friends. A credible OSU source said it was a done deal that he'd be on the staff.

Interesting, did not know that.
If Hinton does end up leaving, wonder who we would go after.

Hinton and Meyer are close friends though. That is probably a key factor. I'm sure he'll make the same(or slightly) more then he did at OSU.

Like someone else said, move Alford back to RB's coach and hire a new receivers coach. If Quinn (Buffalo coach) gets canned maybe he can come back to Kelly and join this staff.
