Anyone know where I could find info on the teams weightlifting program? Or is it a closely guarded secret? I hear many are benefitting greatly from it and wanted to try it out. Couldn't find anything online.

Sounds overly simple. I wonder which exercises he uses? If they are super sets, duration of workout and how he breaks down the work outs (I.e. 3 day or 4 day plan)? In one video, I saw them using a kettle bell.
I remember he was interviewed once and he was asked what his secret was to adding so much weight to the players last year while simultaneously Cutting their body fat. He just smiled but wouldn't reveal anything. He seems to have proven himself everywhere he has been. He needs to write book. I'd buy it.
