Alabama All-America center Barrett Jones said his injured foot healed well during the long layoff. He started practicing with the Tide two days ago and said he had no setbacks. Teammates Chance Warmack and Eddie Lacy said they noticed the difference right away with Jones back in the lineup. More to come on Jones and his impact later today.
Of course he's going to say that, but we'll find out for sure on Monday.

His foot will feel fine after they shoot him up with painkillers. He won't feel his foot for a week.
That doesn't seem like a good idea to me. I'm not a doctor or a player, but I would think that he needs to 'feel' his feet underneath him for balance. Knees, they can put braces on them, but feet seems like it would be a different story.
