I'm terrified! That is all.
Nervous as hell!!!!
I know this could turn out bad, but I am excited as can be. A chance to prove we are elite or just a very good team. We have not been in either camp for way too long.

Pregame crowd is good. Haven't run into any ignorant OU fans.....yet.
What is the feel on campus there? Is there a buzz for or against the Irish? Are the fans as confident there as they are on message boards that OU will blow ND out?
About 90 minutes before kickoff, there are several people trying to whip the OU student section into a frenzy. They should probably pace themselves.
All set up in the press box. Oklahoma student section is full, looks like the weather is going to be great.
Wes I feel like we are going to see something different in this game.. What do you think.
Just a different speed, gameplay coming from ND
What do you think?

Craig I hope so. We have seen an offense that is great in fits and spurts this year. The Miami game it gelled so nicely for us. I also hope that BK has a few wrinkles that none of us have seen this year - a la Lou Holtz.
With that being said it is very important for two things to happen:
1) Come out and play hyper-physical in the trenches on both sides
2) Weather the initial OU onslaught and get off the field w/o too much damage
If we can do those two things then it will be a puncher's fight and I like our chances in a tight game.

As the offensive line goes, so the team goes!
Cam McDaniel is wearing No. 21 tonight, according to Notre Dame it is in honor of a high school classmate who drowned last week. Jalen Brown, normally 21, will wear McDaniel's 33.
Doesn't appear that Gunner Kiel made the trip.
Student section is huge. But VERY weak.
After quickly scanning the travel roster and the field during warm-ups it doesn't appear that any other notable Irish players fell victim to the flu that Atkinson has.
Kelly has been playing a chess match all year in preparation for this game. I can feel it. He has been confident during close games, offensive play book has been vanilla. I expect the floodgates to be opened and to see a big surprise from the Irish offense.
I don't think Kelly will want to change what got his team to 7-0 to play a style that Oklahoma is much more comfortable playing than his own team is. You would think they would try to run the ball and keep the Sooners offense off the field as much as possible.
Freshman Gunner Kiel didn't make the trip to Oklahoma. Notre Dame sports information director Brian Hardin said there wasn't room on the plane.
I think ND needs to charter a bigger plane
Weird. Just get another plane???
Btw this BS storm coverage on channel 7 here in Ny metro better end at 8.
I'M SO SICK OF THIS #@$#!
Sorry, just warming up for the game. Getting the fingers lose.
