According to TOS -- #Stanford #OhioState #Michigan #ND #Alabama
Good sign...seems as if academics are extremely important to him so I'd imagine Ohio State and Alabama are in there because of their recent success and momentum.
(Nothing against OSU's academics but they definitely aren't in the same league as Stanford, ND and...yes, it pains me to admit...U of M.)
NM, my mistake.

Cornerback, Running Back
Paramus, NJ (Paramus Catholic)
Ht: 6-1 | Wt: 205
CLASS OF 2014
#8 247 5-star 99
#6 composite 5-star 0.9967
I didn't realize how highly ranked he is. Nice to be mentioned as one of his top 5.
But there are 4 other pretty good programs at recruiting that might have something to say about him attending ND.

I hope Shumate still has a little pull with him, but I thought I read somewhere he grew up a UM fan. Hopefully the staff can pull one out here. He is a stud.
And another reputable recruiting site has him as the #2 recruit overall.

This kid can flat out play. Very talented musician as well if my memory serves me right.
I am Mardi Gras
He is priority #1 IMO. He would be a class-changing land.

Then I suggest when he comes for an OV, let it be Golson that is his host. They can do some jammin.

We are also in 5-star RB Sony Michel's top 5 as well, I believe.

Any relation to Julius Peppers?

Guys, Stanford and Ohio State are the current top two for Peppers with Notre Dame and Michigan in the next two spots in no particular order. Will let you know if anything changes. We'll see what happens after he starts taking visits. He wants to get to the Cardinal and Buckeyes campuses in the spring. May also try and get to ND and Michigan if his schedule allows.
Also, he is not related to Julius Peppers.

If you have a leader and then several additional teams, it just means you haven't made up your mind, especialy if you haven't visited any of your schools! He is a junior in high school. The distance between today and NSD 2014 is measured in light years in the life of a 17 year old.
No let Shumate be his host since they're actually friends from BOSCO
I absolutely agree. This kid is 1a and M.McDowell 1b on our absolute must have priority list this cycle. I'm surprised we've let Urban get in the door ahead of us. That makes me a l'il nervous. I think we can beat out UM & Stanford. We need to be on this kid like a rat on cheese. He's an unbelievable playmaker. Will be some very hard fought battles with UM & OSU this year; C.Garrett, N.Morgan, M.Cole, J.Jones, D.Harris all will be guys we'll be fighting for and hopefully we win more than lose. But, we need Peppers!
