Post as much as you can. You are a big part of the reason I joined this site and have found it so far superior to others. Good luck in your new venture. I expect you'll own the place in the long run!
Sorry to see you leave BGI, Jason. But at the same time thrilled for you that you have this new opportunity. Best of luck

Congratulations Jason, good luck with your future endeavors. The work you did here at B&G will sorely be missed.
GRINGO MAFIA-SERGEANT AT ARMS-
This story sums up the terrific job Jason Sapp has done for us.
Four years ago when we in the process of buying Blue & Gold Illustrated, we were also negotiating moving the publication’s then-independent site, BlueandGold.com, into a network. During our discussions, the head of the network recommended that we not retain Jason to cover football recruiting, noting that no one had heard of him and he didn’t do much work.
When I first met with Jason, I asked what his goals were, He said, “I want to be the best recruiting analyst covering Notre Dame football.” We discussed what he needed to do to get where he wanted to be, and he embraced that plan.
Today, everyone that follows Notre Dame football recruiting knows who Jason Sapp is. He “owns” Notre Dame football recruiting. He is the best in the business. No one outworks him (I once had to tell him to slow down after he had over 1,000 message board posts in a month).
He reached his goal.
I don’t need to tell you how good he is. You already know that.
But most of you haven’t had the privilege of working with him. You haven’t observed his upbeat, positive attitude, marveled at his desire to continue to improve and ability to take criticism constructively, appreciated his tremendous sense of teamwork and his willingness to do whatever was needed in any area of the company, witnessed his passion and enthusiasm for his work, and experienced his delightful sense of humor and kind, patient manner.
We wish Jason the best in his new job, we’ll miss him and we thank him for doing a great job for us the last four years. (Today is about Jason. I’ll let you know about our plans to replace him later this week.)
And now the rest of the story. The guy that didn’t want me to keep Jason four years ago tried to hire him away from us several months ago.

Jason, I've only been here for a bit, but I have appreciated your blend of clarity and journalistic restraint.
You give us information that is clearly inside, yet you seem to dampen the highs and lows normally associated with we recruiting addicts, in just the right way.
May God bless you, your wife and all who are dear to you as you embark on your new career.
You always conduct yourself with dignity and the elegance which we seek from those who have worn
the Notre Dame uniform.
May the peace of Christ, that surpasseth all understanding, be with you
This is a fast and ever changing world that we live in
, however, one thing that will never change is that Jason Sapp is a Notre Dame man. Such loyalty to Our Lady's school, classy person and great family man. This is a great loss to BGI but we all want the best for you and your family Jason. So happy that you were on this site all these great years. Our Notre Dame family will miss you here! God Bless you and your family. It's going to take Mayor Hodges and the rest of our family here some time to get over this news but like Notre Dame we will RALLY!!! Take care our friend!

All the best Jason and God Bless!
You will be missed my friend. You have been quite helpful to me when I was going through some tough times way back when. Maybe now you could tell me where that free cake room is?? Haha!! Good luck to you and your family and please keep in touch.

You will be missed Jason. I always enjoyed your recruiting insight and especially the "Tunnel Visions" put out by you and the BGI staff. I wish you well. Go Irish.
