5 Time POTW & 2 Time WPOTW Winner
We've seen that movie before.
Rees didn't lose the UM game. Bob Diaco's defense, specifically a certain defensive back, blew it.
Force 3 turnovers and countless 3 and outs I dont think Michigan had a drive over 5 plays until the 4th quarter. A team should be up 30 plus with the reserves playing. Ill take ND defensive performance including the 4th every single time remember Blanton picked off a pass in the endzone with 4 minutes to go. The problem was ND offense didnt make them pay.
Agree with all of the comments.
I think Turk deserves an honorable mention on any list of "why we lost to Michigan 2011."

I watched it last night for the first time since the actual game and got pissed off all over again.
That game scared the hell out of my wife. I was yelling and screaming at the tv so much the last 3 minutes of that game while my wife was upstairs in bed unable to sleep because I was so loud. When Michigan scored that last TD I sat there stunned, completely silent for about 30 minutes just staring at the TV. I was so quiet, my wife was scared to come downstairs in fear that I had a heart attack and died. She was relieved when she heard the front door open as I went outside for a little walk to calm myself down. The next morning she said, "I sat up there shaking in fear because you were yelling and then there was nothing but the sound of the TV. I thought to myself, 'that's it, Notre Dame football finally killed him'."
I may not be pretty, but I'm fast.....
POTW 1/31/11 - 2/6/11
Tommy Rees fumble inside the Michigan 10 with under 7 minutes to play and up by 3 helped changed the game around,Notre Dame gets into the end zone, it's a 10 point game heading into the last 5 minutes.
