Wow! This is turning out to be an amazing finish. Tiger and Westwood are imploding. ESPN is going to have to mute the live mic on Tiger. He's dropped more expletives in the last couple of hours then you would hear during the entire season at Lincoln Financial Stadium. Westwood can't find a fairway to save his life, and now Adam Scott has quietly taken the lead.
I can't believe that these guys have to have the imagination to play PW from 185 yards. This might be my favorite tournament to watch.
Phil tearing it up. He's looking really good right now.
And with that shot, Phil pretty much wrapped it up. What a back 9 for him.
I love watching Lefty play. I can not imagine trying to play that course. This has been to watch this weekend.
GOD..COUNTRY..NOTRE DAME... THEN HUNTING
I think 16th hole won it for Phil. Incredible up and down.
I would love to be able to hit a 400 yard drive. But that fescue looks bad. I'd spend a lot of time there.
Phil Mickelson Is a class act. I hope he goes on to win the US Open before he's all done.
Who hasn't dropped a bomb word while hitting a bad shot. He curses at himself. No harm no foul. That being said, tiger is still my favorite golfer. LEFTY pulled a great last round out of his butt to finally win a Open Chip. Proud of lefty and any american who wins. Westwood still looking for his first Major. Have they not learned to lower the volume around Tiger. ESPNs fault, not tiger.

Wish Phil. would have figured out the smart / par approach earlier in his career. Say at 25. Shame he'll only have 4-5 more years to really contend for majors.
No driver all week was a great decision. He was bombing the 3 wood on the last few holes.
I love Mickleson's quote from a few years ago on what is a great shot vs a smart shot:
"I mean a great shot is when you pull it off. A smart shot is when you don't have the guts to try it."
Big fan of Phil, happy to see him play so well. More majors to come for Phil.
I'm conflicted. Google most hated golfer.
