Smile. Poo. Cry. Those three can go in any order. Then - tickets to the NCG. House in South Bend for football season. House in Greece for the offseason/vacation. House in Hilton Head, SC to settle down. And, finally, I'd write a letter to Selma Hayek explaining - in detail - how she could make $50M for a week's work.

Thank God and give some to some favorite charities of mine

Not much entertainment value in this response -- but I'd pay off mortgages for my family and closest friends.
But after buying a new car, getting the wife an awesome gift, starting quite the college fund for the kids and giving some away to my favorite charities -- I'd start a non-profit organization in my home town that has a facility that provides after-school care for tutoring, emphasis on youth sports & exercise and meals.
And then starting thinking about what I'm going to do with the remaining $400 million...

Just wanted to make a small correction here: Mrs. Sapp, in fact, would think about what to do with $400M. Mr. Sapp would be given an allowance.

For the record, the actual take home would be (lump sum roughly $330,000,000). THEN, the government gets half of that. Your bank account would officialy be $165,000,000 richer.
Agreed, I would tell everyone in my family they should send me a list of EVERYTHING they owe. Hopefully that number is under $1,000,000 each. I would also tip them $1,000,000 each after that.
The Lou Somogyi foundation for memory and mammory awareness would receive $5,000,000. I would also buy Luther a new church organ so his Hungarian Catholic church could hear his weekly symphony in stereo.
Maybe chip in $10,000,000 to start a fund building a new ND basketball arena.
Should have $100,000,000 left to live on 4% annual interest for an eternity.
I guess I really haven't given this much thought
Keeper of all Somogyi secrets and swell quotes.
The above is WHY you (who are sure to win),
should have set up a trust fund/charity
with tax free accounts
and buy ticket from the trust funds.
Also don't take the lump sum.
Actually best advise is do not volunteer to pay
Be the Buffet,
lobby for others to pay taxes while you
and your lawyers do not pay yours.
