Touched base with Irish offensive line commit Colin McGovern tonight, who told me that his future position coach Harry Hiestand checked on him today.
The Under Armour All-American wasn't able to participate in the game because of his knee and he said he's currently still doing physical therapy at this time.
He met with a surgeon and was told that there wasn't any reason to do any operations, but did add that it could be another six months until he's fully healed.
McGovern will be headed to Notre Dame on Sunday to meet with its doctors and get a second opinion.
