Thank god I knew Kelly was smart.

Not a big suprise at all. Dayne certainly has the bigger arm and more polished skills then Tommy Rees. But what worries me is the way he runs when he has to. He needs to be able to protect himself better. This may sound odd but if you watch him closely he seems to have a penchant for being the most unathletic QB when he is about to be hit or avoid the hit as was demonstrated in the play which knocked him out of the Tulsa game. It will all boil down to ball security, leadership and making plays. Should he get hurt or cannot produce, Brian Kelly will not hesitate to find a solution. I wish Dayne nothing but health and success.

Only BK, coaches and team have seen the last three weeks of training. Here's to the Crist of today and tomorrow. Let's Go Irish!
