  • Great news! this is a huge boost. Now we need Muhammad to commit. He is a freak athlete. Imagine lining up against muhammad and rochell! Man this could be huge. I think ND has a great shot at muhammad too. He needs to be Irish. Also please Alex Anzalone, PLease Commit to ND. We still need an elite corner and RB. But this is great news and already a great class that is only going to get better. Hopefully the next commit will be Anzalone, Muhammad, Clement, or Muhammad. Also watch out for Ezekiel Elliot. Tides might have turned.

    Shepard did not qualify and thus had to leave. He had to retake the ACT and did not get a qualifying score after being allowed to enroll early with the understanding he would score high enough on his last attempt.

  • biggrinThis seems like the most "together" class in recent years..maybe its texting and twitter, but I am super excited to see the quality of the recruits...looking forward to this coming season, and then to the bright future for ND football...c u all in Dublin ...cannot wait!

    He had a heart ailment but that was not the reason he is no longer at ND and why it happened so abruptly. He was never apart of the ND team because he was never fully qualified. He didn't get a qualifying score on his ACT. ND let him enroll early anyway taking a chance and then his score on the retake of the ACT came back and he still did not qualify and that is why he left during Spring Break while here in Indianapolis with Sheldon Day.

  • Great job Kelly and staff. They are recruiting well. Fans have to be patient.It will happen. Beemer at Virginia Tech did not have success until he was there,I believe.8 years.

    Thanks for the down vote but I only asked the question because I am having a hard time figuring out why ND would admit somebody on the " hope" that a better test score would come through. I am not trying to pick a fight I am just trying to understand this situation.

    Tee and the ACT score is common knowledge by now. If you want "official" confirmation you won't ever be getting it. ND and guys like Sapp will keep that kind of thing to themselves. They're classy that way ;)
