It doesn't and won't matter one bit! Kiffin makes secondary violations and/or major violations and he still gets a top 5 recruiting class! The NCAA is a complete joke!
USC will continue to cheat. This probation thing for USC is not going to have any impact on that team! They will continue to purge the non-performers and sign the top recruits every year. So what if they can only take 12 - 15 recruits! They will be 4 and 5 star phenoms and they will all get compensated in some way shape or form!

Secondary violation no big deal in an of itself.
What about one while your team is already on probation?
Most likely just be a slap on the wrist!

I noticed this when the ESPN reporter said it live. I was shocked. This is a rule every coach should know...even Kiffin.
