Former Notre Dame tight end seven-year pro Anthony Fasano, who spent the last five seasons with the Miami Dolphins, appears to have signed a free-agent contract with Kansas City, per his Twitter account (@Anthony_Fasano). The Dolphins went 7-9 last season and Fasano caught 41 passes for 332 yards and five touchdowns. There have been reports that the Chiefs were looking to ink a four-year deal with the New Jersey native.
