I am back from the VA hospital. First I want to thank all of you for your prayers and concern. It sure was a big help to know that there are people that care in this world. Ifelt much easier waiting for the news kowing I had friends like you guys and gals here. Thanks a million for worrying about an Army old timer!!!
Now on to the medical part of this. I am suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2. They are making me up a treatment program. From what they say, Insulin, lose weight, and exercise more.
The down side is that they say that with this disease, ones life expectencity is around 7 years shorter. But Its not going to get me right now.
Thanks again you great people. I love each and everyone of you.

ALL the risks for shorter life expectancy can be reduced.
Glad out of hospital with a treatment program.
