Rockne's Roundtable

Not sure what to think about those yet.

The Green shade is horrible and not the color on the Irish flag. It looks like the hideous Digger Phelps green from those old Bball uniforms. FWIW, as someone with very high arches and insteps, I can tell you those shoes and cleats are not good for feet. The soles are molded and have no flexibility.

I like the new kicks. Should be a big hit, based on the location of the game.

I think they're pretty cool. Not concerned about the specific color I'm seeing - I get one set of colors on my smarter-than-me phone and a totally different set of colors on my laptop. I suspect I'd get another set of colors on my desk computer if I was anywhere near my office to take a look. Not sure what we are seeing is the actual color of the shoes.

Related to the blue and red jerseys, would have been a nightmare for my dad. He was TOTALLYcolor blind and could not differentiate between red and blue at all. He once ate some cranberries and immediately spit them out. Thought they were blueberries! Even without color blindness, very hard to differentiate between two dark colors in a fast moving environment where it it critical to make snap decisions with everything in motion. Our QB's have a hard enough time picking out our receivers already
