Knowing that we had to land a "top-shelf" wide receiver, Deontay is in some ways my favorite recruit in this class. I remember that one of my earliest posts here was that I thought he was perhaps one of the top three receivers in this year's prep class--a thought that was met, at the time, by considerable skepticism. I think that question has been put to bed.

I didn't realize that TJ Jones was a Parade All-American. I really hope he blossoms this year. He had shown glimpses last season, but I don't think that he had the most opportunities last year.

I am really excited for Deontay to arrive in the summer. If our offense is going to be as dangerous as we hope, we need him to put up some Floydesque type numbers, his freshman numbers that is.

I can't wait to see what DG does for us right away.. I think he is going to be a freshman force for us, much like Sammy Watkins was for Clemson this year.
