I still remember an Oakland Raiders game when as time was rnning out he kept knocking a fumbled ball until it got to the end zone where it was recovered for the winning touchdown.

Szany - They actually made a rule change because of that play that still exists. I think Lou will probably be talking about that in his story tomorrow.

Stabler threw it along the ground as he was being sacked I believe the back kicked it and pushed it forward to Casper who could not seem to" find the handle" until it was over the goal line.Typical Raiders .Casper was a winner ,even with his feet.He is deserving of the hall.....congrats.

Congrats to dave Casper. I always enjoyed watching him play at ND and oakland both. Quite a guy and he certainly belongs in the College Hall of Fame
