These guys have been so motivated over the years that they have played really well against us. They have also been very lucky, and ND has often played very poorly, but it still has added up to wins for them. This year, on paper, we should handle them fairly easily, but still there is that history that they keep combining luck, poor ND play, and tremendous motivation to sting us time after time. So how concerned are you about them ?
Not one bit
We've won the last 3 despite them having better teams than they do now and us having worse teams than we do now. If we lose tomorrow, I don't know what I would do with myself.

It's us on the road in 2012, so therefore we should win by double digits.

This is BC and ND not a walk in the park but should be a victory for ND.

If Notre Dame struggles again this weekend with a beyond inferior opponent, then they do not deserve to get in. I watched this BC team get utterly humiliated by Florida State. I saw them weeks prior lose to the two win Army squad.
This team gives it up on the ground, which is ND's strength, and they cannot block to save their lives. I believe I saw Rettig has been sacked north of 20 times and hurried more.
I understand teams routinely gear up for ND. A team like BC, with the opportunity to play spoiler, and essentially their bowl game at this point. ND needs to take their will away early and what better way then a steady dose of Wood/Riddick.
ND cruises here boys.
