So, while it's nice that Kelly has an opinion on these things, I'd rather he spend more time developing his thoughts on how he's going to beat a team which kicked Notre Dame's ass last season.

Last I heard Kelly is responsible for recruiting. Recruiting is in part dependent on game day atmosphere. So yes, .... building the team of tomorrow is dependent on stadium improvements ... as it was improving training facilities etc etc

I love the thought of both of those changes. I said the same thing this past weekend when I was in the stadium.

I don't know where JUMBOTRON fits, but let's have two. None of this half the stadium can't see it or has to turn around to get a glimpse. Field turf will be awesome. Speed players gravitate to the 'modern' fast surface.
And by the way, give Kelly a break, he can chew gum and coach at the same time.
i.e. promote stadium improvements and coach and recruit and beat Navy.
