Jones has not played at a very high level of competition, and was able to dominate on sheer size. He is very athletic, but still somewhat raw compared to prospects who have played in more football-intensive areas. In fact, he came to the game rather late, so he has plenty of development ahead of him. I would suspect redshirting is in his immediate future, plus some work with Longo. He does appear more suited for the OL than DL. In either case, I think his 5-star rating was probably based on upside coupled with physical attributes.
Jarron Jones?!?!
