Jason, he is the lone commit not coming to the Blue Gold game, I believe. If there were one recruit I was pressed to speculate would be a candidate for a de-commitment, it would be Kinlaw. The fact that he is not coming to the game doesn't make me feel ay better.
Any insight on his recruitment?

Kinlaw not making it to the Blue-Gold Game is no indication of where he stands -- he's a solid commit to Notre Dame.
He was on campus last month for the junior day and it's not an easy trip to make from New Jersey.
The remainder of the commits are coming from Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Minnesota, DC and Texas.

He solid. He doesn't want to play in the South or on the West Coast. He isn't interested in O$U or Michigan. He is all Irish.

I'll have a story running on Sunday or Monday. I spoke to Kinlaw on Thursday evening, as well as his high school coach. Both are still very excited Kinlaw is going to Notre Dame.

I did not mean it as an insult. You are a respected poster imho. I have never once heard speculation on Kinlaw and it's similar posts that get the masses wound up needlessly.
