Khalfani Muhammad

Don't expect Khalfani to announce his decision anytime soon. He wants to focus on track this summer. I would expect him to announce sometime in August or during his senior season. He seems to be putting his recruiting on hold for the next couple of months due to major track competitions. Hope he ends up irish! I think they are in great position right now.

He's going to the world track championships in Spain in July. ND still expected him to commit once offered so we can wait until August that is fine. Love to have this kids speed in Kelly's spread

Why does everyone see him being such a lock to ND?

I agree, these kids look at an offer as a collectible. The fact he was very happy with an ND offer may be driven by a desire to stack up his offers with some dude he met at a 7 on 7 last year, who knows. However, the kid is a burner and would be a perfect fit for slot or 3rd down type situations, so I hope he does committ.

I suspect that the coaches basically said, "focus on your track accomplishments this summer, come out during the season for a visit and if you still feel the same way, then commit at that time...There's no need to speed through the process." Of course, this allows the staff to put some pressure on higher-ranked RB prospects to make a decision or potentially lose their spot.

ND waited on offering him because they knew he loved ND. He doesn't have many offers and already loves ND. Seems to be a big lean.

Are you a new staff member or something? Are you related to him? Why should we believe what you're saying, you don't provide any links to any stories or anything? Not trying to be a dick or anything, but if you have some inside info, it's usually backed up.

Have heard next to nothing on this kid so I don't know much about him besides he can fly. Does he remind anyone of DAT? Oregon's SO RB/WR/KR that can do it all. Why was the staff so confident he'd be a quick commit?

Any news on this kid yet? Would be nice to lock up one more RB befroe the season starts.
