I thought that he would at least give it until after spring practice, but I guess he wants to get started in the spring at another college.
We could be in a serious bind if Golson gets hurt.

Baloney. He would be crazy to hang around here and rot behind Golson in an offense that is not suited to his style. He is a football player who wants to play.

Good luck to him, i wish he stayed. We better hope Hendrix stays or we will be a bit thin at the position after the top two. I wouldn't want to thrust a true freshman into action.

My take is that Kiel knows he can't beat out Golson for the starting position, so best that he moves on. Agree with edd, I hope Hendrix doesn't move on as well.
