Exactly the breakdown I was hoping you'd post Jason. Thanks
Anyone want to make any bold predictions on best players from each side? Not just our guys but who is going to be the studs today? One second and I will post mine gotta have a look at jsapps awesome roster breakdown one last time.
Okay east I'm gonna say big games from
Offense- Greg Bryant
West I'm going
Offense - Ricky Seals-Jones
Defense- ahhh I gotta have Jaylon on there but I do think Eddie Vanderdoes has a solid day as well
Captains getting ready to meet at midfield, Jaylon Smith among that group representing the West team.
Great crowd here in the Alamo Dome.
Jaylon Smith is on the punt team for the West -- something that could happen early at Notre Dame judging his overall athleticism.
Smith in the game on defense as Greg Bryant trots onto the field at running back.
Bryant helps pass protect the left tackle, but incomplete down field.
Both teams went 3 and out with the first offensive possessions.
Game ball dropped down from the top:
Steve Elmer in the game at left tackle in the second offensive series.

Tyler Boyd - commits to Pitt
Bryant with his first run for the East -- good shake, but not much protection ... taken down at the line of scrimmage by multiple tacklers.
Torrodney Prevot is lean, but good step off of the line to beat the tackle to the spot -- one to watch in the passing game on a speed rush.
Eddie Vanderdoes is 300-plus, but he doesn't move like it -- a cliche, but the big boy can get to the sideline in a hurry to keep the running back from going north.
Bryant showing what he does best between the tackles -- quickly gets to the crease and keeps forward momentum for a 10-yard pickup.

Smith had an angle on that tackle but couldn't wrap him up for the stop in the backfield -- Derrick Henry for the touchdown following the block of Khaliel Rodgers.
East up 7-0 vs West with 3:42 left in the first quarter.
