Man, that Harbaugh can coach

He turns around Stanford in a couple of years, then the 9'ers in one year. He coaches football the way I think it should be played.
Games don't get much better than yesterday's game. That was exciting as it gets. be great if a superbowl was like that.

Agreed but why does he always look like someone pooped in his Fruit Loops at breakfast? His constant whining is hard to take.

In a short time, he's built as an impressive of a resume at two levels, as any coach I can think of. Not only am I glad he's not at Stanford, I'm even happier he didn't return to his alma mater.

Great thread irishm.
He is kind of the antithesis of Rex Ryan, says little but goes out and wins. 49ers were an 8-8 team last year, now they could very well win the Super Bowl, unreal.
As Ham said, while I have faith in Coach Kelly, I'm really glad JH didn't return to Michigan.

Harbaugh at um would have been the nightmare scnenario for the irish. yes they had a really good year under hoke but even m fans must admit they got every possible break

The only other 49ers game I watched this year was the Thanksgiving matchup with brother Harbaugh and the Ravens. Unlike the world's most boring BCS Championship game this year, I wouldn't mind seeing a re-match of 49ers-Ravens in the Super Bowl. Those Harbaughs both absolutely bring it every time they take the field, and love their teams or not, it's hard not to get excited about that kind of football. And yes, I'm pretty glad we're not facing one of them at Michigan.

He is proving that he is a great coach. I hope he stays in the pros, even though as a rams fan i still gotta deal with him,lol.

Not only is he a great coach, I love the style of football he plays. In your face aggressive defense. None of this bend don't break bs. No bball on grass offense crap either. How about that play call at the end of the game where the qb takes it around left end, sprung by the wr blocking the OLB !! great stuff. glad i TiVo'd it. can watch it again. i doubt he would ever be interested in the ND job.

Sorry, I respectfully disagree. How could Saban be a runner-up in college?
Taking out his 2 years with the Dolphins, he has 3 National Championships (at 2 different schools) in the last 7 years, it is unprecedented, in the BCS era. Harbaugh is a much better pro coach, but Saban is a certainly no "runner-up" in the college game.

I think that's unfair to people who have actually won something. He hasn't even won his conference (PAC-10 or the NFC) so far in his career. Give it time before using superlatives IMO.
