NCAA rules up until this point have only allowed two graduate assistants on staff, the other two guys you are probably referring to are considered interns.

However, as of Aug. 1 this year, each team will be allowed four graduate assistants on staff. David Grimes and Bill Brechin (currently listed as interns on the staff) will likely take over GA roles at that time.

I had the chance to sit down with Josh Reardon for lunch a couple weeks ago and I'll break down individual responsibilities in another story soon, including what the interns do on a daily basis.
