Your best bet for a 14th team is an acc team most likely Clemson or va tech
But yes I think ND will end up in the big 12 fr football... I am not saying I want them to, I love their independence and want to to keep it, but I think they have to join at some point

If ND can't keep it's independence then the Big 12 or ACC (if they can keep FSU and Clemson) are more logical than the Big 10. The Big 10 is way too regional and ND already has a presence in the midwest. The ACC and Big 12 open up many more markets and fertile recruiting grounds than the Big 10 does.

That is exactly right. Especially if Fsu joins they can have a game in Florida every other year which could help with recruiting down there... Joining the big 12 in olympic sports I think will happen no matter what... And I think joining it for football is becoming more and more likely.

Hopefully aren't keeping USC, Michigan, Michigan St., Stanford, and then adding Texas, OU, and Okla. St... Wanna talk about deadly schedules.. We can play 1-2 big boys and then Kansas and Iowa St. Got to be some give in our schedule..
I agree though. Big XII is the best option whether it's for everything or everything but football.
