ND continues to be their toughest opponent but get win anyway

  • This years Notre Dame football team continues to dominate opponents while keeping them in games by turning the ball over and committing stupid penalties.

    They say it takes a month to develop a habit so it can no longer be considered a fluke, the Fighting Irish will struggle all year to win games against out manned opponents unless the break the habit of being their own worst enemy.

    The only thing worse though is some of threads that I see on this board. I had begun to allow my son 5 year old son to look at this board but ignorance and poor language of some of these so called adults on this site is unacceptable for him to read. It is sad how bad this board has gotten in the late several months.

    Agreed. I have no problem with every member stating an opinion, but hate reading posts where fans of the football team call out players and say they suck or worse. I'm my opinion those posters are not fans and have no class.

    It also the vulgar manner in which some of the poster feel they need to posted. It being sound like uneducated, immature individuals that don't seem to be able to communicate in manner that is intelligent.

    It is beginning to sound like a high school room where a bunch little boys trying to be men.

    Coach Pagna used to talk about the foolishness of communicating in such manner and how all that proved was a lack of intelligence and knowledge.

    Agreed again. I find it very hard to read many threads posted during a game because of what you describe.

  • I agree. It's been seven hours since the game ended and this is as early as I will get on B&G. People tend to let their emotions get the best of them in the moment and do not fully think about what they are saying. I am hopeful that at least by the next day or much later the same day people have had a chance to settle (whether after a W or a L) so that comments are thought out and rational.
