We're about 30 minutes away from the start of the 2012 NFL Draft (7:30 p.m. on ESPN and NFL Network). From past experience, it's tough to get players on the phone soon after they are selected, even when an interview is confirmed. They have so many people hanging around them and are fielding phone calls and texts from friends, family and NFL personnel.
With that said, we're supposed to get a reaction from Harrison Smith and possibly Michael Floyd. No matter what, this will be the place to talk all things NFL Draft. Check back for updates throughout the weekend, which will include players that begin undrafted free agent talks.
It will be interesting to see how the television coverage is this year. ESPN isn't in full control anymore, which means they'll actually have to hustle to beat out the NFL Network for news nuggets. It will be strange flipping back and forth between channels.

i hope Floyd goes to the bengals i live in cincy and that would make my year aj green and Floyd wow that would be hard to stop.

Jacksonville takes Blackmon with the fifth pick. I'm kind of surprised that he went before Floyd, who had a lot of momentum going after the Combine and pro day. Then again, it's not a big shock.
