I would say that Jaylon is the most important commit we've had in a long time because of how early he committed, which allows him to help recruit others

OK, after this article and strong words like "magical connection", it sounds as if it would take a PSU type meltdown(knock wood I suppose) to flip him.
His sense of belonging and fit at ND is actually enviable.

Smith's competitive drive really impresses me. It doesn't matter what type of event it is, large or small, he does everything.
You'll have some prospects show up and hang around until the 1on1s, 7on, etc. ... but Smith is out there running 40s, doing cone drills, etc. like everyone else at the camp.
He's always working to get better and a true gem in the class.

And that is why he can do so much on the field. He wants it more.
