If D. Neal isn't starting at slot vs Navy, I will bs shocked! Especially since ND will most likely be starting a new QB and needs all the playmakers it can get on the field. Not just someone who is consistent like Toma, but someone electric who can make things happen on their own. I expect Toma to play a lot getting Neal a breather, but if ND wants to start competing against the big boys, they are going to need to score more points than they did vs USC, Stanford, FSU, etc. Toma isn't that type of receiver. He won't scare or force teams to gameplan for him. Neal is a lock to start at slot immediately IMO.
