He wouldn't be on defense to strictly be a playmaker. He has playmaker potential and could help the team most on defense and special teams this year.

Neal is a very talented CB. He played CB in the UA game last year. I have no doubt he would be a top notch CB, but his skills at WR are off the charts. I would rather see him playing the slot, but if the biggest need is at CB let him play there. This kid will be top notch wherever he plays. If it's CB so be it, hopefully CB position is good and he can concentrate on playing slot, I don't care. BK's biggest decision rest at the QB position. I was not impressed with his decision making at the QB position last year. There were times BK should have played Hendrix in certain easy wins and kept Rees in the game. It all sinks or swims with his QB decision in Ireland this year.

BK and staff will evaluate him when fall practice starts in a few weeks. I suspect that we'll see him returning kickoffs, punts and getting reps at wideout in 4 and 5 WR sets, similar to Golden Tate in his first year. He's a freshman so hard to say he will do anything but he has a skill set that could easily have him jumping TJ on he depth chart given the relative lack of production from TJ last year.

CB is not out of the picture and for those who said he doesn't have he size to be a lockdown corner, you should google Darrell Revis.

If our WR are really blossoming maybe he does see action in dime packages in addition to special teams. The kid is electric, remember according to ESPN he is our best recruit this year, that includes Gunner.
