I think he's ultimately a LB. ILB. Just need to use that redshirt so he can add 30-40 lbs. in the next year.

Yeah 6' 1" 190lbs is not really ideal for LB

He is a safety. Drop Backer (DOG) at best. You may see him in the hybrid safety/lb position Jamoris played last year.... Sometime in the future.

Speed is always a good thing. Maybe he better not put on much more weight if he's playing safety
