I need some clarification. Did he take an online spanish course that ND refused to accept or did he refuse to take an online spanish course in order to comply with ND's curricular requirements? If he did take an online course that ND didn't accept, then why the hell wouldn't ND tell him which online courses they would accept before he enrolled in the unacceptable one?!!!

To my knowledge, ND only recently told him whether an online course would even be acceptable.
I'd be shocked if ND would accept an online course. If they do for him, they obviously have to do it for all ND applicants, and then if they do it for spanish, they run the risk of having to do it for all subjects.
Not where ND admissions wants to go, and I don't blame them.
This isn't the SEC.

Notre Dame still an option for Standifer?
