Lou, you are the only person on the planet that could have come up with the tie-in between the triple crown of horse racing and Notre Dame football. I personally believe the stars are aligned for a magical season this year and I sense that you do too, but will not admit it. But it's all there, team turmoil, underage talent, a new quarterback, new coaching staff... need I say more? If not now, when?

I'm with the others on applauding you for the nifty Triple Crown analysis. Let's only hope that both 'I'll Take Another' and Notre Dame repeat history. That horse has mastered the art of pipping its more hyped adversary at the post twice in a row.

BTW, Kyle Rudolph was a second round pick. However, like Mr. Floyd, I'm sure he would have been a first round selection if he had stayed an extra year.
