Prayers to all touched by this insanity. It's sobering to wake up to this when I had been in a movie theater last night, having taken my 15 year old and her friend to see Spiderman, here in upstate NY. They wanted Batman but I said I'm not staying up until 3 AM on vacation for a movie. We passed costumed fans waiting to get into the midnight showing. This morning, there are people everywhere who saw the movie and have to be chilled to the bone knowing they were in that same situation as those folks in Colorado. Now, we have one more place where we will feel apprehensive for our children. The randomness of senseless violence grows by the moment.

1) Parked his car outside the exit. Bought a ticket and sat near the Emergency Exit door. Walked out that door once the movie started and I assume he propped it open. Got his gear from the car and came back in.
All the other questions are what I was thinking too.
