Latest I heard was he was suffering from cocaine delirium which was why he was naked. No word yet on why he was eating his face, and if that guy is ok or one of the undead now

They actually said the cause of his delirium was from bath salts. Never knew bath salts could mess you up like that but I guess it causes hallucinations and violent tendencies.
