POTW (ND #1 Week)

You know, there are some who say that the POTW Award is like the Heisman in that it is a popularity contest and not so much for the best poster of the week. I believe I know why. As I was browsing over the past week's threads, I was trying to find a solid post from someone who had never won the award before. Although there were plenty of excellent posts from lots of individuals, the award is for the poster of the WEEK. Not best post during a certain day of the week, but for the week - as in all of it.
That's when I realized that there are quite a few people with multiple POTW awards because, as I noticed while browsing, it's usually the same group of individuals who do the majority of the posting. My suggestion? Post more. Lots more. Dive in. Not for some silly internet award, but to bring a new perspective. A fresh outlook. There are plenty of seats at Rockne's Roundtable, but it is noticable that one hundred or so of those seats are worn out while others look new.
With that in mind, I wasn't going to skip a deserving winner simply because he had won before. I went over six pages of threads and, whether he had won the award fifty times or never before, he topped the board. Again - it's my opinion.
